Low Flow:
This class is designed for individuals who are looking to focus on foundational moves, flexibility training, strength-building, and basic pole techniques. It emphasizes graceful transitions between dance moves at the base of the pole and includes floorwork. This class is suitable for beginners and dancers who would like to improve body awareness and gain strength. Low flow moves will be practiced on static pole only. Leggings or sweatpants and a tank top/sports bra are appropriate and recommended for this style of dance.
Mid Flow:
This class focuses on a blend of dynamic moves, including aerial tricks, and incorporates elements of Low Flow. It is geared to be accessible to individuals with some prior pole dance or other related fitness experience. This class encourages fluidity and grace in transitions, strength building, and moves which can be performed on both static and spin pole. It is recommended that students wear tight-fitting shorts and either a sports bra or tank top to maximize skin-to-pole contact.
The weight limit for LilMynx Rotator Pole is 200 lbs.
